The hotel is very clean and suitable for a family, with comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The large bathrooms with big tubs and rainwater showers are a great addition. The location is convenient, near shopping malls and just a short walk from the subway. However, the dining options could be more diverse and improved from my previous stay.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic with easy access to restaurants and public transport. The rooms, while not fancy, were large, comfortable, and definitely clean. The service was top-notch, with all staff being polite, friendly, and able to communicate in English. Mr Alanson Tan went above and beyond to assist me multiple times. The dining options were wonderful, offering a great variety of Western and Chinese dishes. The facilities were excellent overall.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, though a bit outdated in style like the rest of the hotel, were surprisingly large and in excellent condition, offering a comfortable stay with plenty of pillow options to suit everyone's preferences. The service was top-notch, as they could always find the dishes my whole family loves best, and even went above and beyond by bringing the IT manager to our room to fix an issue. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the metro. However, the dining experience, while adequate, had fewer options for international travelers. Despite some areas needing a facelift, the hotel provides a great value for the money.
